1. Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns/exchanges for change of mind, size, or color preference.

  • Only accepted if product is damaged or wrongly delivered.

2. Damaged Products

  • Replacement arranged if available.

  • If not available, full refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

3. Wrong Item Delivered

  • Share unboxing video proof.

  • Correct item will be delivered in 3–7 business days.

  • If unavailable, refund will be issued.

4. Warranty

  • No lifetime or extended product warranties.

5. Colors

  • If no color option is shown on the website, best-selling color will be sent.

6. File a Complaint (within 48 hours of delivery)
