Refund policy

1. Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept product returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, color preference, or personal choice.

  • Once purchased, the product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or wrongly delivered.


2. Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement with a new piece (if available).

  • If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund via local IBFT (bank transfer) or mobile wallet.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for all damage claims.


3. Wrong Item Delivered

  • If the wrong item is delivered, you must provide an unboxing video showing the incorrect product.

  • After verification, we will send you the correct product within 3–7 business days.

  • If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


4. Product Warranty

  • We do not provide lifetime or extended warranty on any products.


5. Product Colors

  • If no specific color option is mentioned on the website at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to deliver the best-selling available color.
