Refund policy
1. Returns or Exchanges

Once purchased, the product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or wrongly delivered.
2. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement with a new piece (if available).

If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund via local IBFT (bank transfer) or mobile wallet.

Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for all damage claims.
3. Wrong Item Delivered

If the wrong item is delivered, you must provide an unboxing video showing the incorrect product.

After verification, we will send you the correct product within 3β7 business days.

If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
4. Product Warranty

We do not provide lifetime or extended warranty on any products.
5. Product Colors

If no specific color option is mentioned on the website at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to deliver the best-selling available color.
